Born and raised in Pristina, where he completed his elementary and high school education. He studied general medicine also in Pristina, and completed his specialization in urology in Belgrade in 1994.
In 1998, he earned the title of Master of Medical Sciences with the thesis ‘Emergency Conditions in Prostate Cancer.’ He has participated in numerous professional urology trainings in Turkey, Switzerland, and Germany.
For a long time, he has been a member of the presidency of the Association of Urologists of Kosovo, vice president of the Association of Urologists, and acting president of the Association of Urologists of Kosovo.
He is the author and co-author of numerous scientific papers and has authored two chapters in the book on prostate cancer. He has participated in many congresses and other scientific meetings around the world as a lecturer, session moderator, and scientific meeting attendee.
He has been a promoter of education for new generations in urology, helping shape their professional development by training them in various urological disciplines and facilitating their education abroad at prestigious clinics, as well as participating in various professional workshops organized by international experts.
During his long professional career, he has led the implementation of several new urological methods in Kosovo. He has participated in many social and charitable volunteer activities.
He speaks and writes fluently in Albanian, Turkish, and Serbo-Croatian. He is also proficient in English.
He is employed at the University Clinical Center of Kosovo in the Urology Clinic. Additionally, he works at the special hospital ‘Lindja’ as a urology expert at this hospital.
