Rahmi Onur

Dr. Rahmi Onur graduated from İstanbul Marmara University Faculty of Medicine and completed his residency in Urology in 2001. Between 2003 and 2004, he worked as a clinical and research fellow at Wayne State University in the United States, focusing on neuro-urology, urinary incontinence in both men and women, genitourinary prosthetics, voiding dysfunctions, and urodynamics. He became an Associate Professor in 2006 and a Full Professor in 2012. Dr. Onur has served three terms as a board member of the Turkish Urological Association and has chaired the Turkish Urology Academy’s Incontinence and Neuro-urology Study Group. As a faculty member in the Department of Urology at Marmara University, he has served as editor for the first Turkish-language books on Urinary Incontinence and Genitourinary Prosthetics published in Türkiye. Dr. Onur has authored over 200 international and national articles, presentations, and studies. He is married and has two children. He currently practices at the Pelvic Urology Center.
