Participants who do not book their accommodation at one of the congress hotels through the organization secretariat are required to pay an external participation fee in addition to the congress registration fee in order to access the congress hotel during the event. The “External Participant Fee” imposed by the hotel is 390 EUR, which covers the facility usage between 09:00 and 18:00. Additional charges may apply for access outside these hours.
Accommodation fees cover a 3-night package stay on an all-inclusive basis, from May 16, 2025 (check-in) to May 19, 2025 (check-out). Package accommodations will not be split for partial stays
