Adem Fazlıoglu

He graduated from Istanbul Faculty of Medicine in 1990. In 1995, he received the title of urology specialist at the Urology Clinic of Vakıf Gureba Hospital. He was the founding President of the Turkish Urology Assistants Association and the Turkish representative of the European Urology Assistants Association in 1995-97. He did his military service at Gelibolu Military Hospital between November 1998-March 2000. In 2001, he passed the exam for the Assistant Chief of the Urology Clinic at Taksim Training and Research Hospital. In 2002, he was entitled to receive the Turkish Urology Proficiency Certificate and in June 2007, he was awarded the European Urology Board Diploma (Athens-Diploma no:6792-Fellow of the European Board of Urology). He became an Associate Professor in 2009. He served as the Deputy Chief of the Urology Clinic at Taksim Training and Research Hospital between 2011-2012. He worked at Yeniyüzyıl University Gaziosmanpaşa Hospital in 2012. He became a faculty member at Nişantaşı University in 2013. He received the title of Professor in 2014. He started working at İstinye University Gaziosmanpaşa Research and Practice Hospital in 2016.
